    What payment methods can I use?

    We make it simple — you can pay using all major credit and debit cards. Every payment is securely processed through Authorize.net, a trusted Visa solution, so you can be confident your transactions are fully protected and backed by industry-leading security standards.

    Do you accept cash or Cash on Delivery (COD)?

    Not at this time. For now, all orders must be prepaid before shipping. This helps us keep processing fast, efficient, and secure for all customers. By requiring payment upfront, we ensure that your order is prioritized and shipped without unnecessary delays.

    Will it show “cannabis” on my bank statement?

    No, it won’t. For your privacy, your bank or card statement will display a simple, generic business name. There will be no mention of cannabis or related terms. This way, your purchases remain discreet, secure, and completely private — only you will know what the charge was for.

    Why didn’t my payment go through?

    There are several possible reasons why a payment might not be approved: insufficient funds, bank restrictions on certain transactions, incorrect payment details, or a temporary issue with the payment processor. If this happens, we recommend contacting your bank or card provider directly to better understand the reason. You can also reach out to our support team, and we’ll be happy to assist you in resolving the issue so your order can be completed.

    We ship across the United States, depending on the specific state regulations regarding our products. Because cannabis laws vary, availability may differ from state to state.     Is the packaging discreet?

    Yes, absolutely. All of our orders are shipped in completely discreet, plain packaging with no logos, labels, or markings that reveal the contents. From the outside, your package will look just like any other online order, ensuring your privacy and peace of mind.

    How fast will my order arrive?

    Orders are typically processed within 24 hours on business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–3 business days, depending on your location. You’ll also receive tracking information to follow your package every step of the way.

    Can I track my order?

    Yes! As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

    Returns

    Can I return my order?

    Because our products are intended for personal use, we cannot accept returns of opened items. However, if your order is unopened and still sealed, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

    In addition, if a product arrives damaged, defective, or does not function properly, we will replace it or issue a credit to your account. Simply notify our team within 72 hours of receiving your shipment, and we’ll guide you through the resolution process quickly and efficiently.

    Can I exchange my order for something else?

    Yes! As long as the item is sealed in its original packaging, we’ll gladly arrange an exchange for another product of your choice. Just reach out to our support team to get started.

    Do you cover return shipping costs?

    Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged product). In those cases, we’ll cover the shipping fees.

    Where can I find the COAs?

    All of our COAs are conducted by independent, third-party laboratories. This ensures maximum transparency, unbiased results, and complete confidence in the safety and accuracy of our products.

    How often are COAs updated?

    We strive to update our COAs at least once per year or whenever a new product batch is produced. This way, you can always review the most current and accurate information available.
